At HCP Counselling, I strive to provide accessible and transparent services. Below you'll find information about session lengths, fees, payment details, and my cancellation policy.
I accept payment via bank transfer, cash or card. Payment is due 24 hours in advance of the session in order to secure the slot. Cash or card is by prior agreement only. For bank transfers, I will provide my account details during our initial consultation or first session.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
I believe that counselling should be accessible to all. If you're experiencing financial hardship, please don't hesitate to contact me. Concessions are available on a case-by-case basis, and I'm happy to discuss options that might work for you.
